Aftercare Operative - Multi-Skilled Carpenter/All-Rounder
Resourcing Group are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Housing Developers within the South West.

Resourcing Group are looking for an Aftercare Operative to join their team and provide top-notch maintenance services to their valued customers who have recently purchased new build properties.


Responsibilities:

As an Aftercare Operative, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repairs in newly purchased new build homes.


Your main tasks will include:

Carpentry Repairs: Utilise your carpentry skills to perform door repairs and replacements, fix any wooden fixtures, and address settlement issues in an accurate and timely manner.

Customer Aftercare: Communicate professionally with customers, understand their concerns, and ensure their issues are resolved to the highest satisfaction.


Requirements:

Carpentry Bias: Demonstrated expertise and experience in carpentry with the ability to handle a wide range of carpentry-related tasks.

Multi-Trade Experience: Proficiency in various trades, including but not limited to plumbing, painting, plastering, and general repairs.

Customer-Centric: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to troubleshoot and find effective solutions.

Time Management: Efficient in managing tasks and adhering to schedules to meet project deadlines.
