IT Account Executive - Send, United Kingdom - Berkeley Group
Description
Job Purpose:
We are looking to recruit an Account Executive to work alongside the Web Content and Digital Development teams to deliver on operational requests for the business.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Task management and prioritisation of all tasks with the Digital production team
- Overseeing the creative aspects of digital content production with our designer and content administrators to ensure the client brief is met to best practise and agreed timelines
- Setting and managing client expectations on deliverables
- Monitor and update tasks for production team in task and resource management
- Running and participation of Daily Planner and weekly team meetings
- Accountable for quality assurance and control of the deliverables of Studio back to the business
Technical Competencies:
- Familiar with the account management lifecycle
- Excellent client relationship building skills
- Good presentation skills to present results and performance back to the business in an easytounderstand manner
- A good knowledge of digital trends and experience within some/all the different digital disciplines; SEO, PPC, Social Media, Emarketing, Web Content, Tracking and Analytics, AB Testing and website optimisation and SharePoint/Intranet
- Organised with great attention to detail and excellent time management & prioritisation skills
- Experience in pitching new concepts and ideas to clients effectively to convert accounts into solid partners and develop case studies to 'repitch' to other accounts
- Experience in report writing to update clients on the progress of tasks and projects
- Ability to prepare and write documentation such as practical guides for our clients
- Ability to delegate, prioritise and write constructive production briefs for the administrators to execute tasks coming into the Studio
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise and respond to client requests and briefs with confidence and set/manage expectations effectively
- Good problemsolving skills to provide clients with the best solution in response to their brief with the ability to translate a client brief into actionable items
- A great team player with the ability to work on own initiative
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to take and provide constructive feedback
- Experience working within an Agile environment
Please note our standard working hours are 8:00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday, though we operate a flexible working policy so working hours can be adjusted to suit individual needs.
