Oracle Cloud Fusion Analyst (12 month MAT cover) - Supply Chain | Hatfield | Hybrid (2 days office)

About us

About the role:


You will work within the Group IT Business Applications team and alongside other OFST finance analysts to provide critical frontline support and change.

The role will involve resolving support issues in Oracle Fusion and scope to assist the business on new projects and deliverables whilst maintaining the integrity of financial information


Role and responsibilities include:

  • Acting as an escalation point for Oracle technical analysts
  • Be involved with change requests from the initial request through to implementation into the production environment
  • Supporting the business and end users in the adaption of Oracle Fusion
  • Creating highquality, functional specification documentation which can be used to detail business processes and enable technical build where integrations are required between Oracle Cloud ERP and peripheral systems
  • Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs
  • Manage ontime project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction
  • Advising users on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
  • Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables
  • Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client regularly
  • Documenting critical processes and Howto Guides to support other team members and knowledge share

What we're looking for:


  • You should have at experience working as an Oracle ERP/Fusion Support Analyst (or functional consultant) for Oracle ERP Applications (Fusion cloud). (PPM, EPM, GRC, SaaS suite, OCI)
  • Experience with Functional Financials & Supply Chain Management experience in Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience with Functional knowledge of any of the following GL, AR, AP, iExpenses, CE, FA, PO, iProcurement, MRP, Inventory, and Projects
  • Understanding and experience in Configurations
  • Experience in managing Oracle Service Requests, including Sev1 SRs, and the SR escalation process
  • Troubleshooting problems, including functional replication of issues
  • Proven experience of change control management
  • Proven experience of release management
  • Oracle OBI & OTBI

Preferred (in addition to minimum)

  • ITIL Certification
  • Oracle BPM
