Office Manageris anewly created role due to expansion.
Our client is looking for an
Office Managerand you should be a highly competent individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to multi-task and keep the office running smoothly so the consultants can get on with their jobs.
As
Office Manager ideally you should have a background in office management, HR or QMS and should be IT literate with excellent administration and coordinating skills.
As
Office Manager you will ensure the smooth running of the office which includes all aspects of IT Security, Health and Safety / H&S, Facilities, office insurance; co-ordinating with IT Support company and liaising with suppliers; organisinglaptops and computer equipment etc.
