Senior Buyer - West London - Southall

£60,000 + Annual Bonus + Car Allowance + Healthcare + Pension


We are currently working with a very successful developer operating in West London who are looking for a Senior Buyer to work on large multiphase developments.

The company is very well-resourced, with continuous and ongoing work, so are a very stable company to work with. Alongside this, they offer continuous progression and are known for their annual salary reviews and their bonuses.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Issuing tendering packs and material enquiries, and assessing the best quotations, before selecting the most suitable one for your build
  • Hand scheduling and ensuring materials are at the correct quantity and in the right place at the right time.
  • Work with group suppliers, obtaining accurate quotations.
  • Communication with team on site
  • Guarantee that the business is made aware of potential issues.
  • Deal with site queries.
  • Handle rebates.
  • Have worked in buying or procurement recently.
  • A background in construction.
  • A methodical and careful approach
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.


This is an excellent role with a successful housebuilding business that would suit someone with a background in buying/procurement and is looking to broaden their horizons by working with a successful housebuilder.
