Job Introduction

We are hiring for a Team Leader that will oversee our Rapport Network Team and work closely with our Network Team Manager.

The Rapport Network Team covers all planned and unplanned absences and vacancies throughout the Rapport portfolio of contracts.

They are an essential part of our business and this is a key role to ensure they have all the support they require to perform at highest standards.

Initially this is a fixed term contract for 6 months. The role is Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week.

Main Responsibilities

  • To be able to support the Network Team Manager in booking all Rapport Network Team (RNT) Ambassadors as required on a first come first serve basis. Also provide support considering the business needs and priorities, and anticipating support requirements across the contracts through frequent communication with key stakeholders
  • To support the profitable financial performance of the Rapport Network Team unit. To understand all charges raised and collated by the administrator and also be able to action the recharge during the administrators absence and holiday
  • To cover administration and/or coordinator duties during absence and holiday
  • To support in management of RNT payroll and invoicing
  • To monitor and check the standards of service of RNT ambassadors and agency workers throughout the Rapport business. This includes travelling outside of London on a regular basis
  • To organise quarterly network team meeting to update the RNT on the business and build team connections
  • To support the RNT manager with taking action on any feedback that is provided by the unit Managers on the team and complete any HR requirements that may arise
  • To have a full understanding of the HR procedures and utilise the support services available in the company
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in leading and developing operational teams
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within a 5 star luxury guest environment, including luxury hotels, world class airlines or corporate guest services
  • To have excellent people skills, with a thorough knowledge of service operations
  • To have proven background in developing and maintaining high quality support for key business stakeholders including demonstrative skills in multi tasking and high quality communications
  • Personal selfmotivating and able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and other such software packages
  • Ability to juggle several tasks at the same time, often with competing deadlines
  • Highly organised, with strong planning skills and attention to detail
  • Works well under pressure and with diplomacy
  • Resolves difficult or complicated challenges
  • Ability to deal with conflict in a calm and efficient manner
