An independent and award-winning media agency specialising in Out Of Home media campaign planning, execution and reporting.

Headquartered in Soho, London and offices in New York and Singapore this team of 40 are working with some of the best known brands andmedia agencies helping them reach audiences through iconic landmark media spaces.


The Job

You will join the team as a Graduate Business Assistant responsible for supporting the Client Services Team on large campaigns whilst developing your knowledge and experience to eventually managing smaller campaigns yourself.

Job Breakdown:


  • Be the first point of contact for incoming requests from clients/agencies, and support the Business Managers accordingly
  • Compile outdoor solutions in response to client briefs, alongside Business Managers
  • Conduct market research to help identify new business opportunities
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team, as required
  • Help to populate and utilise planning and buying tools
  • Grow industry knowledge and accelerate professional development by attending internal and external training
  • Attend all media owner presentations
  • Undertake additional and ad hoc duties as requested by the Business Managers.


During the 3 month probation period you will be expected to work from the office in Soho 5 days per week.

After passing probation you will be able to work a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

  • Knowledge of the Out Of Home media industry
  • Prior work experience in a media or digital agency or marketing team of a brand
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel e.g. pivot tables, macros
