Title:
CNC Turner / CNC Operator

The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to work at our client's busy manufacturing site, based in Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

Working for a busy, established manufacturing and precision engineering company
Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines
Operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls
Working with different CNC mills and lathes
Manufacturing metal components for the oil and gas industry
Quality inspection of all components

Previous experience in CNC turning is essential to be considered for this role.

Previous experience of CNC machines with Fanuc controls is essential to be considered for this role.

Knowledge of programming CNC machines is essential to be considered for this role.

Current employment in a CNC position is essential to be considered for this role.

An apprenticeship in CNC machining is not essential, but would be highly advantageous.

This is for an ongoing, full-time position, with the potential of earning a permanent contract after a 12-week qualifying period.

The company offers flexible working hours. Start time between 07:00 - 07:30, and finish time between 16:00 - 17:30. Monday - Friday.

Starting pay rate of £ £17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
