Responsibilities:
- Work efficiently and accurately under pressure of tight deadlines.
- Audio and copy typing general correspondence and legal documents
- Preparing bundles
- Diary management
- Booking appointments and meetings
- Maintaining filing systems
- Dealing with client queries
- Scanning incoming documents
- Organize and maintain file folders, record books, and other office records
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, notify members of the legal team of scheduled appointments, and perform filingroom duties such as handling incoming mail, packing briefs for delivery to courts or other destinations, receiving packages from outside carriers.
Benefits:
- Salary: £20,000 to £23,000 per annum (depending upon experience)
- Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9am 5pm (some optional flexibility outside of core hours to be discussed further at interview)

Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
