About the role:
We are looking for 2nd Line IT Engineers to support the company users (Windows and Mac)
You will ideally have support experience within a creative environment such as Post-production or Graphic Design.
Schedule:
- Flexible but primarily 95:30 (some outside normal working hours from time to time).
- Ability to commute/relocate.
- Day to day support for creative (Mac based) and noncreative (Windows) users support, user creation, day to day IT tasks, backup management etc.
Required:
- Previous IT Support experience: 35 years as 2nd line support for windows and/or mac, Linux.
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and/or Mac OS
- Admin experience with Microsoft 365 or G-Suite
Desirable:
- MDM Software like Jamf, Kandji etc
- Knowledge of Apple Mac/MacBook Pro hardware
- Windows servers
- Understanding of Network and VLans
Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
