At Emtec Facility Services our clients have the comfort of knowing that once we complete an installation, the Facility Services division will provide their installation with a long-term, effective, planned preventative and 24-hour reactive maintenance service Nationally.

Due to our continued growth we are looking for a Project Supervisor to join our team based in the Bristol area.


The Role

  • Support the delivery of various projects throughout the UK working with a prestigious client
  • Work alongside the Project Manager to create project Plans and organise the resources needed to complete each phase of the project
  • Liaise with our supply chain to confirm arrangements for the construction phase
  • Pricing and estimating of small works projects
  • Attend regular site meeting with clients and 3rd party stakeholder
  • Ensure Health and Safety procedures and practices are maintained on all projects and at all times
  • Support the Project Manage to ensure all relevant documentation is gathered
  • Undertake final inspections to identify snagging and ensure site is left clean and tidy
  • Liaise with client stakeholders to review works and any issues which remain outstanding

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience working on live construction sites and capable of working with mínimal supervision
  • Experience of interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Experience in subcontractor and people management
  • Experience collating, producing and managing Construction phase information
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Be happy and willing to travel to sites in the UK when required
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent decision maker with good problem solving skills
  • Good understanding of First Aid at Work

It would be great if you have

  • Experience of producing construction phase plans
  • Hold a valid CSCS card
  • Hold a current First Aid Qualification
  • IPAF and PASMA certification
