At Emtec Facility Services our clients have the comfort of knowing that once we complete an installation, the Facility Services division will provide their installation with a long-term, effective, planned preventative and 24-hour reactive maintenance service Nationally.

Due to our continued growth we are looking for a Project Supervisor to join our team based in the Bristol area.

The Role

Support the delivery of various projects throughout the UK working with a prestigious client
Work alongside the Project Manager to create project Plans and organise the resources needed to complete each phase of the project
Liaise with our supply chain to confirm arrangements for the construction phase
Pricing and estimating of small works projects
Attend regular site meeting with clients and 3rd party stakeholder
Ensure Health and Safety procedures and practices are maintained on all projects and at all times
Support the Project Manage to ensure all relevant documentation is gathered
Undertake final inspections to identify snagging and ensure site is left clean and tidy
Liaise with client stakeholders to review works and any issues which remain outstanding

What we are looking for

Previous experience working on live construction sites and capable of working with mínimal supervision
Experience of interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Experience in subcontractor and people management
Experience collating, producing and managing Construction phase information
Hold a full UK driving licence
Be happy and willing to travel to sites in the UK when required
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package
Excellent decision maker with good problem solving skills
Good understanding of First Aid at Work

It would be great if you have

Experience of producing construction phase plans
Hold a valid CSCS card
Hold a current First Aid Qualification
IPAF and PASMA certification
