are one of the UK's largest Hardtop and accessory company, based in Swindon Wiltshire, just off of Junction 16 M4.

Established for over 20 years. We import and supply pick-up truck canopies and accessories.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our premises. We are looking for a Sales Advisor who has a friendly and professional conduct.

We are looking for individuals that can work with high levels of self-initiative with exceptional customer handling and communication skills to drive success in this department.

Additional tasks will be wide reaching in scope as our business develops and grows.


Your duties will include:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them for the technicians
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
• Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of works
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
• Complete transactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role (ideally motor trade based)
• Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians and customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to complete transactions and maintain accurate records
• Proven ability to upsell products or services
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

£38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
