Description

The post holder will be part of a wider network of Dietitians throughout the Trust. There is a strong emphasis on learning and development.

We encourage and expect all staff to participate in Quality Improvement and the Trust has an excellent Quality Improvement team who provide support and guidance in this process.

We also have a strong emphasis on delivering personalised care and a health coaching approach to those accessing our service.

Training and supervision for Health Coaching will be provided for this.

You will also be responsible for:

Your own caseload Delivering education and training Building on current partnerships with primary care, community services and acute colleagues to influence excellent nutritional care including appropriate prescribing Actively participating in and leading on quality improvement projects Supporting student training Please see attached Job Description and Person Specification for full roles and responsibilities.
