Salary £23,690 + Benefits

Bristol outskirts with FREE PARKING / Hybrid role (1 / 2 days from home)

The Job:


As a Bookings Coordinator you willprocess customer queries, bookings and planning meeting requests to guide apprentices through their end point assessment journey.

Providing customer focussed solutions to align the

learner's needs with the availability of the operational workforce to deliver a high-quality timely booking of apprenticeship assessments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Giving a firstclass service when booking apprentices in for their assessments who are at the final stages of the apprenticeship programme
  • Booking meetings into assessor's diaries and completing the necessary administration to confirm the booking as soon as the call has ended
  • Handle all incoming customer queries, professionally and effectively, taking ownership to ensure satisfactory resolution and service
  • Accurately record and maintain information on key business systems
  • Supporting the rebooking of assessments and planning meetings
  • Build positive relationships with both internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service within the scope and boundaries of Company processes and procedures
  • General administration and support of End Point Assessment activity
  • Support the relationship management of customers
  • Making recommendations for increased or improved functionality of business systems and processes
  • Implementing changes or revisions on relevant business systems as directed

The Person:


  • Experience of working in a customer service / contact centre environment ideally
  • Evidence of working to specific timescales and deadlines and enjoys multitasking
  • Problem solver with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills written and oral
  • Ability to take initiative with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achievement of objectives
  • A team player with a "can do" attitude

The Salary £23,690 pro rata

The Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30pm - 5pm
