Duties of the Admin Assistant include providing support to the Comms & PR Director, assisting in daily tasks and managing general administrative activities.
Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the Comms & PR Directors office.
Qualifications
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a complex diary
- Scheduling, internal and external, in person and virtual meetings/calls
- Booking meeting rooms/venues as required
- Booking travel when required
- Managing and screening incoming calls
- Filing and document management
- Creating meeting minutes
- Working closely with the wider Comms & PR team
- Various ad hoc activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and multitask
- Good telephone manner
- Proficiency in MS Office and Suite
- Inbox management
- Outlook
- Good communication skills essential and be a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
