We are looking for a pro-active and capable Admin Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties of the Admin Assistant include providing support to the Comms & PR Director, assisting in daily tasks and managing general administrative activities.


Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the Comms & PR Directors office.


Qualifications
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a complex diary
  • Scheduling, internal and external, in person and virtual meetings/calls
  • Booking meeting rooms/venues as required
  • Booking travel when required
  • Managing and screening incoming calls
  • Filing and document management
  • Creating meeting minutes
  • Working closely with the wider Comms & PR team
  • Various ad hoc activities

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and multitask
  • Good telephone manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Suite

  • Good communication skills essential and be a team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail

Additional Information What is in it for you?**- A permanent, part-time opportunity with a competitive annual salary of up to £26k - 4 days per week (FTE equivalent, £32,500)
