As we step into a new phase of growth, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Apprentice to help us develop key digital marketing materials and to support building our brand.

You will be responsible for:


  • Providing assistance to the marketing team on daytoday projects and planning
  • Seeking out new ideas and social media avenues, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant to develop content
  • Developing content for internal distribution
  • Creating guides and training materials for our Wordskii platform
  • Working with external partners and agencies and maintaining constructive working relationships
  • Organising and updating contact lists, maintaining folders with latest assets
  • Monitoring ontheground trends and researching ideas for disruptive content
  • Assisting the marketing team in developing assets for external shows and exhibitions
  • In this varied role, the individual will be open to learning about the translation and interpretation industry in order to effectively deliver marketing campaigns

You will need the following skills:

  • A keen interest and understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms and trends (including LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Ability to create a variety of design content on Canva, Illustrator or similar
  • Creative thinking to bring new and innovative ideas to the table to help generate leads for the company
  • Graphic design and photography skills are essential
  • Videography skills required
  • Positive character that is proactive in problem solving
  • Comfortable networking and communicating with clients

Entry requirements:


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

Working week:

The working hours will be 38.5 per week, flexible between the hours of 9am - 5:30pm. The role will be hybrid, with a combination of office based and home working.

There is the opportunity to gain full-time employment upon completion, for the right person.

QA's apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
