Description
One of our newest clients has asked us to hire a Customer Service Assistant to help in the office on a large apartment development in Birmingham.
You'd be required to organise viewings for apartments, log calls coming into the office and assist the team with day-to-day tasks.
There are a few concierge-type tasks such as welcoming new residents and showing them around the properties when moving in.
This is initially for a 3 week period but may be extended or made permanent depending on our client's needs.
The key tasks and requirements are:
- A friendly and professional approach to telephone calls and enquiries
- Competent at using Windows computers and basic Excel spreadsheets
- Great peopleskills
- Ability to work in the site office for the duration
Job Type:
Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 weeks
Salary:
£11.00-£13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (required)
