Job Purpose:


Develops and implements coordinated marketing tools and activities to enhance the company's visibility, and ultimately reputation and customer base, at a Global level.

T.EN Head of Marketing Communications

Heads of Department, and particularly the Marketing, Communication, Strategy and Business Development Teams; Corporate and Business Lines Marketing teams

**Typical background and experience required:

Minimum Experience:


  • Degree qualification in Marketing, Communication, Business or /equivalent business qualification
  • Previous experience working in a consulting organisation and/or in the energy industry appreciated
- + 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Communication and/or Strategy environment

  • Good knowledge of our business and affinity with digitalization
  • Strong knowledge in both online and offline marketing
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Strategic thinker, logical and methodical, results driven
  • An analytical mind able to quickly assess large amounts of data
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation/influencing skills
  • Customer oriented and commercial / entrepreneurial mindset
  • Out of the box thinker, proactive and creative
  • Flexible, cando attitude

Advantageous Experience:


  • Experience working in a large, international business
  • Proven successful experience working at global level and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Proven successful experience managing large digital projects
  • Experience in Ecommerce

Main Accountabilities:


  • In close collaboration with the T.EN Head of Marketing Communications and Genesis Business consulting Lead, define the global Marketing strategy
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programmes and content for Genesis globally.
  • Lead marketing campaigns including digital, from planning to execution.
  • Lead the development and oversight of strategic marketing tools and platforms.
  • Conduct market research, develop and distribute periodical analytical reports on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Using the market research, work in conjunction with digital communications to create appropriate social media strategies (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Ensure the company website brands our value proposition in professional and fresh manner, develop content strategy and s upport SEO strategy in relationship with the web agency.
  • Oversee the creation of external Marketing content material (promotion material, presentations, technical papers, press releases, etc.) that drives our market presence and thought leadership in forums and exhibitions.
  • Ensure Genesis presence in key Marketing events (trade shows, conferences) and represent the organization in external events.
  • Set up KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of Marketing actions and ROI.
