Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Providing advice and assistance to management on employee relations & issues
  • Supporting disciplinary & grievance procedure
  • Offering proactive recruitment assistance with advertising & interviewing
  • Maintaining and updating HR information
  • Welfare support to employees
  • Absence/sickness monitoring
  • Job offers & Contracts
  • Promoting employment legislation policy & procedure throughout the business
  • Assisting the Payroll/HR Manager as required

Key Attributes:


  • Previous experience in HR is essential
  • Strong IT skills particularly using Microsoft Excel
  • Positive attitude towards work
  • Methodical with high attention to detail
  • Capability to balance workload in a timely manner
  • Ability to function as part of a team

What we offer:


  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday (inclusive of a 30minute unpaid lunchbreak)
  • Salary negotiable depending on experience (Paid Monthly)
