is looking for a

Part Time Receptionist/ Trainee Service Advisor to join their team and work alongside them in their Volkswagen dealership.

Then Yeomans has a great opportunity for you.
The Receptionist will provide a professional and efficient front of house service to all areas of the business where you will meet and greet customers as they arrive as well as manning the switchboard and various other administration duties.
Receptionist duties include (but are not limited to);
Managing the switchboard and answering all calls promptly and courteously
Transferring incoming calls and keeping call records up to date
Delivering a high standard of customer service
Meeting and greeting clients upon arrival
Outbound calls following customer visits ensuring we deliver exceptional standards
Ensuring that the reception area and waiting areas are consistently maintained to high standards
Provide refreshments to customers
Manage the post and couriers
General administration when required including scanning, printing and faxing etc
Working with online shared spreadsheets and keeping these up to date
