This role will lead the International Consulting Services Sales organization and the International Project Management Office (PMO).The purpose of this job is to develop and lead a holistic approach to the client consulting relationship, including sales, implementation strategy and integration with Oracle Health across the markets in EMEA and APAC.
As the Consulting Sales Director your major responsibilities will be to:- Drive new lines of business in the international space
- Consult with large or complex prospective or current clients in international to define the electronic health record (EHR) solution phasing and implementation strategy
- Participate in client strategic planning sessions to identify solution needs and potential professional services sales opportunities
- Provide gap sales opportunity support for strategic deals as required for large RFPs
- Ensuring rapid adoption of new technologies and continuous optimization across all regions
- Manage business operations and project activity reporting
- Provide oversight of international model experience for key markets
- Work to define strategy for model experience alongside business needs and prioritisation (i.e. implementation duration impacts, reduced professional service estimate impacts)
- Drive implementation methodology strategy across international to create consistency
- Other misc. PMO Initiatives (e.g., International Lessons Learned, Executive Status Summary, Slotting Process)

Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum 8 years of Healthcare IT experience in either consulting, software implementation or relationship management
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Cerner Millennium
- Experience working with electronic health records
Expectations:
- This role is hybrid
- Up to 25% of business travel
