The Centre for Epidemiology and Planetary Health in Inverness is seeking a laboratory technician to manage and deliver the operational microbiological requirements of a specific project: a United Kingdom-wide microbiological survey of antimicrobial resistancein samples of gut contents from healthy cattle.

This post will be part of the larger project team involved in the delivery of this survey; a team that will include epidemiologists, statisticians, and field operational staff.

The post-holder will provide theproject team with the technical skills and knowledge necessary to ensure the successful delivery of the laboratory components of this programme of work.
