Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8.30am-5.30pm
Our client is a leading multi service provider in the UK Facilities sector.
They are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to join their friendly Operations Support Team based in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Managing and updating company databases.
- Keeping track of daytoday operations and ordering supplies.
- Maintaining financial, employee, and client records.
- Organising events, scheduling meetings, booking hotels, and making travel arrangements.
- Payroll
- Controlling and managing budgets
- Raising and placing order numbers.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Ability to work under pressure
