Job Title:
Operations Administrator


Location:
Head office in Leeds


Salary:
Between £22,000-£23,000 (depending on experience)


Full Time and Permanent

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8.30am-5.30pm

Our client is a leading multi service provider in the UK Facilities sector.

They are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to join their friendly Operations Support Team based in Leeds.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
  • Managing and updating company databases.
  • Keeping track of daytoday operations and ordering supplies.
  • Maintaining financial, employee, and client records.
  • Organising events, scheduling meetings, booking hotels, and making travel arrangements.
  • Payroll
  • Controlling and managing budgets
  • Raising and placing order numbers.

Requirements:


  • 1+ years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure
An immediate start is available.
