Red Rock Consultants are recruiting for a leading construction company specializing in new build projects within the commercial and industrial sectors.

With a commitment to delivering high-quality developments, we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our ongoing success.


Key Responsibilities:


As the Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical installations on new build apartment projects across commercial and residential sites.


Your key duties will include:

  • Managing and supervising electrical installations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaising with subcontractors and other trades to coordinate and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to maintain highquality workmanship and compliance with electrical regulations.
  • Managing the project budget and cost control, optimizing resources effectively.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the electrical installation team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving innovation within the electrical installation department.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications and experience are required:

  • Proven experience in overseeing electrical installations within new build apartments on both commercial and residential sites.
  • Electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and an ECS Black Card.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification or SSSTS (Site Supervisory Safety Training Scheme).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, codes, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration among different project teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver projects to highquality standards.
  • A proactive and selfmotivated approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
