An established UK Holidays Tour Operator is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to join them at this exciting time of expansion.

You will be a Senior Sales and Marketing professional with an impeccable record in the Travel Industry and strong leadershipskills is sought to help further develop the 5 brands.

JOB PURPOSE:

A market leader in the UK escorted tours sector, this Travel Company is one of Britain's leading, and most long-standing, privately owned leisure businesses through their 5 brands.

Lead in the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy in all channels.
Develops, plan and implement all marketing strategies in conjunction with the marketing, sales and product teams.
Ensure each brands marketing is related to the target audience and that their brand identity is clear and individual
Work on strategies for communicating with existing & previous customers to promote future bookings
Working on strategies to engage new customers
Working with the product team to promote existing and new products and service
Identifying brand attributes and developing message content

THE PACKAGE:

In return will be offered and excellent career opportunity along with a competitive industry salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on relevant experience.
