As one of our 'Hotel Team Members you will:

be a part of Food and Beverage Department, and Reception team in our fast paced hotel
Improves sales, the quality of service and promotion of services in compliance with hygiene and security standards
Convey the hotel's image through your attitude, professionalism and involvement in the field
Ensure that all products served to guests conform to standard and are of great quality
Provides information for guests or direct them to the right person
Remain polite and courteous at all times whatever customers may request
Handle any complaints immediately and sensibly, and keep the manager informed

Note:

A good level of English is essential; Previous hotel experience is preferred; Shifts for the food and beverage team leader range from early mornings, to late at night and including weekends and bank holiday, and a varied rota.

Full working rights for the UK are required
