Forward thinking and dynamic business situated in Norwich is looking to recruit a Finance Manager.

This is a hands on role reporting to the Managing Director and forming a close working relationship controlling the finances for the company.


Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Production of monthly management accounts for group companies
  • Cashflow management & forecasting.
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet controls.
  • Quarterly VAT reconciliation & returns.
  • Process daily bank payments and receipts and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Carry out credit control duties & produce annotated reports for managing director review on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure Sage stock records are complete (including stock locations, pricing etc) and assist with biannual stock check.
  • Accurately process purchase invoices, in accordance with relevant cost centres and expense codes.
  • Ensure project record statuses are reviewed, and updated accordingly.
  • Issue CIS statements & submit returns.


You will be either part or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA) or qualified by experience, have excellent interpersonal, organisational and good time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.

Sage would be an advantage but not essential. PHI, Pension& 10% Bonus included in benefits.
