You will be part of an experienced, energetic high performing agile organisation, who operate effectively within a complex and innovative stakeholder landscape.


What you'll need


As a Scrum Master within the software group in assisted and automated driving, you will play a pivotal role in delivering AAD software technologies across multiple present and future software projects.

You will deliver signal management products with support in a number of areas:
governance requirements, assurance processes, project management processes, and general communications.


Throughout your career within this space, you would have had success in coaching the wider enterprise in agile best practices.

You will have significant experience in facilitating all scrum ceremonies impeccably while adapting them to meet organizational and team needs appropriately.

You will have the ability to communicate with individuals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and present content in a meaningful, clear, and concise way.


Knowledge, skills & experience

Essential:

  • Certified scrum master with established scrum master experience.
  • Significant relevant experience of working with commodity/product delivery and related technologies.
  • Experience with program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
