The Keyholder is responsible for achieving store and personal Sales and KPI goals, plus has extra responsibilities in supporting the management team through effective management of the shop floor, service excellence, product knowledge, procedures and training of the rest of the team.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


Sales & Customer Service

  • Ensures his/her own sales targets and KPI goals
  • Leads the team in delivering consistent Sales and KPI results
  • Ensures Sales Associates are working within the product areas also achieve Sales and KPIS
  • Is able to deliver the Diesel Customer Service Expectation to a high standard
  • Ensures Sales Associates are working within the product areas also are able to achieve the Diesel Customer Service expectation to a high standard

Product

  • Maximizes profitability through product knowledge and sales analysis
  • Leads the team in understanding the Diesel product, current trends and Styling
  • Supports Visual Merchandising to achieve store guidelines
  • Delivers with the management team the Instore training days in line with company expectation
  • Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the fashion industry including market trends

Procedures

  • Full responsibility for the cash desk, the cash desk procedures and store opening/closing security.
  • Makes self and others responsible for integrity of stock and reduces opportunities for stock loss
  • Maintain thorough understanding of all aspects of company policy and procedure; and Store Operations
  • Support Diesel Brand image by always adhering to company uniform policy
  • Consistently promote and represent Diesel Brand values at all times.

People Management

  • Acts as brand ambassador and role model to others in the store
  • Communicates key messages to Sales Advisors
  • Supports continual learning and development within the sales team
  • Trains and develops Sales Assistants on product knowledge and expertise
  • Maintain high standards of training through continuous follow up activities

Profile

  • Friendly, personable and attentive character
  • Must be experienced in the customer relations
  • Must have experience within retail sector
  • Will have delivered product training to others
  • Must possess good computer Skills
  • Have excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Commercial thinking
  • Acts with integrity
