We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Patient Care Assistant to join our team here at Attimore Veterinary Group
This is a 6-month fixed term contract for 24 hours per week, working the below:

3 days a week (Monday, Thursday & Friday)
2 days at our Wheathampstead branch (assisting vet in clinic and running FOH) and 1 at Welwyn, so you will need to be able to drive
No weekends or bank holidays

The PCA role is one of the foundations of an outstanding veterinary practice, as a PCA you would be involved in supporting our team of qualified RVNs and Vets to provide outstanding care to our patients, working alongside a lovely team of people.

This role will involve; reception duties (checking in, answering phones, making appointments, taking payments), restraining patients for veterinary surgeon/veterinary nurse for examination or procedures, cleaning the back/ setting up consult rooms, theatre and prep room, face to face discussions with clients when admitting and discharging patients after operations, and work in WHS with a vet and at our main branch Welwyn Garden City.

The salary for this position will be in line with National Minimum Wage +3% cost of living increase.
