  • Permanent Mon

  • Fri shifts between 8am 5.30pm (1 in 4 Saturdays will apply)
  • Salary £21,500 plus excellent benefits / discounts
We are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic team and business during a time of continued growth and success

You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and will handle various queries - you will be tasked with resolving the query and assisting with general information or passing through to the relevant person or team.

This is not a Sales role Youwill also handle online Customer queries and liaise directly with Suppliers and Customers through online portals to resolve queries
Daily duties will include;

  • Responding to queries via online Customer portals
  • Processing refunds or sourcing replacement products when items are not available / haven't been delivered
  • Handling complaints with care so that the customer feels that their issue has been acknowledged and will be dealt with
  • Provide appropriate solutions to issues within agreed parameters, or escalate issues if required
  • Log all required information on the call log system and ensure that all the details of the issue are recorded accurately
  • Liaise regularly with all contacts throughout the business to ensure that customer accounts are being managed effectively
  • Conduct customer surveys when appropriate in order to understand customer perception of service quality and to identify opportunities to improve
  • Other adhoc duties including the accurate and effective completion of all related Administration work
This role would suit someone from a fast paced Customer focused background / environment - either over the telephone, online or face to face
Immediate interviews available ready for January 2023 start
