Oasis Land Development, a rapidly growing real estate development firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Expert to join our expanding team.

As a Marketing Expert, you will play a vital role in promoting our projects, increasing brand visibility, and driving sales through effective marketing strategies.

You will collaborate with our sales, development, and design teams to create and execute innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligning with the company's growth objectives and promoting our real estate projects.

Create and manage engaging content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and other marketing channels to showcase our projects and enhance brand recognition.

Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Monitor and optimise campaign performance, ensuring a high return on investment and adjusting strategies as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.

Track and analyse marketing KPIs, preparing regular reports for senior management on campaign performance, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking new and creative marketing ideas to drive growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate or related industries.
Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns and driving sales growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse market trends and customer preferences to develop targeted marketing strategies.
Creative thinker, with a passion for finding innovative ways to promote projects and engage audiences.
Create and Manage AdWords
Design and create landing pages
Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and content management systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
