Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)

Ross-On-Wye (Herefordshire)

Salary:
Up to £45,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme

Our client is looking for an experienced Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor [VDA] to join their modern dealership, based in Ross-On-Wye (Herefordshire).

You will have a positive can-do attitude, hard working, efficient and have great housekeeping.

The position of Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor [VDA] requires the individual to assess / estimate accident damage using the required knowledge and methods to ascertain the safest repair method.

An ATA is desirable but not essential, as is knowledge of Audatex, Autoflow etc.

Duties will include:

Create accurate, right first time repair assessments
Maintain an excellent working knowledge of estimating systems
Develop and or maintain an excellent knowledge and understanding of all insurer/customer contracts
Maintain effective communication skills with both internal and external customers
