Service Advisor
Soper of Lincoln Ltd (BMW & MINI), Lincoln LN6 9UH


Soper of Lincoln are recruiting a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, advise our customers on service and maintenance works required for their vehicles and inform customers about a range of products and services we offer.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage customers throughout the check in/check out process, maintaining communication throughout on works required, to ensure a positive customer experience in line with brand and company values.
  • Provide customers with key information and updates about their vehicle and our products, services.
  • Manage administration of customer invoices, work in progress and cash payments in line with company policy and financial regulations.
  • Build key relationships within the business, to support and facilitate customer updates.

Person Specifications

Essential

  • Previous experience working as a Service Advisor
  • Ability to demonstrate and understand what it takes to provide excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrate great teamwork and communication skills.
  • Full Driving Licence.

Salary:
£24,000 per annum starting Salary rising to £26,000 after Qualification as a BMW Accredited Service Advisor (plus bonus Scheme).

£26,000 salary if you are already a BMW accredited Service Advisor (plus bonus scheme)


Hours: 8:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 13:00 Saturdays (on a rota of one in three).
