£25,147 - £27,596 per annum/pro rata

Week commencing 31st July 2023
Role will be working on a 2 week rota covering the following:
Week 1 working Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 07.30 to 15.30hrs (Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Off)
Week 2 working Monday to Sunday with Thursday Off 05.30 to 13.30hrs.

The post holder will be expected to lead on employee relations matters with staff such as disciplinary, sickness absence management and appraisals.
You will be responsible for ensuring the necessary rotas and work schedules are in place to meet the required level of service, managing timekeeping and annual leave bookings.

Responsible for delivery of Housekeeping services within the Departments
Customer satisfaction and relationship building
Effective communication with all levels of staff
To direct and assist Housekeeping/ Hostess staff across the Trust
To control and monitor staff performance of duties
To assist with audits where required
Manage absenteeism and arrange cover as necessary
Ensure both self and staff are aware of roles and responsibilities and work in line with Trust policy, vision and values
Deliver and support staff training
