Your Company:
Your Role & Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Providing thorough explanations & reports on how issues occurred and how they have been resolved, achieved through strong documentation
Management of IT project work packages or providing key support to additional projects across the business where required to do so
Working across various IT and Telephony Application Deployment Projects for the business and its subsequent customers
Delivering new and modified IT systems that address IT security,

performance and availability requirements

Managing reports for Asset Management, Patch Management, Starter and Leaver Management
Supporting software and hardware installations, specifications, testing

and service transition

Managing Security Incidents and reporting on these issues, as well as maintenance of the company CMDB, ensuring relevance and accuracy
Working as part of a larger team in the business, developing both internal and external relationships
