GENIUS MARKETING SUITE


Genius Marketing Suite enables brands, sponsors, sportsbooks, leagues and teams, to meet those needs and power every stage of their fan marketing journey.

The suite of products combines a sports-centric media buying service, that provides marketing teams access to millions of fans worldwide, with a dynamic creative solution that makes it easy to design, automate and distribute personalised video and display adverts at scale.

In addition, the platform features a full set of interactive digital engagement tools, that help brands establish long-term relationships with fans.


The Role


As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of custom advertising campaigns within the media customer team.

You will support Account Managers to ensure clear communication with the customer at every stage of the campaign, delivering the highest standard of customer service and achieving customer satisfaction.

Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of the digital marketing industry and have previous experience in the Social, Programmatic or DCO (dynamic creative optimisation) space or at least be looking for this as the next step in your career.


On a day-to-day basis, you will be hands-on and involved in every aspect of account management from onboarding campaigns, monitoring their progress to creating and delivering post-campaign reports.

You will also work closely with our Trading and Campaign Management Teams located in Colombia and Estonia.


Main Responsibilities

  • Crossfunctional working with Sales, Trading and Campaign Management teams to deliver a smooth customer experience from onboarding to postcampaign reporting, driving account growth and retention
  • Work closely with Trading team, monitoring campaigns and creating reports to communicate results to clients, reporting on key performance indicators and advising on potential optimisations
  • Operational support across a range of customers, working with the relevant teams to troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions in a clear and timely manner
  • Build relationships with clients to become their trusted advisor, predominantly on our media buying and creative solutions
  • Supporting Account Managers and Customer Success Managers on Account Planning, inputting on strategies to secure repeat business and grow account revenue

Required Skills:

-
1-2 years' experience in Digital media and/or creative services**:

  • Experience of Demand Side Platforms and Ad Serving technologies and/or paid social advertising platforms
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Strong analytical skills and uncompromising attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly prioritize work in a proactive manner and remain flexible in a changing environment
  • A keen interest in digital media and ad tech.

Desirable Skills

  • Programmatic trading experience
  • University degree or equivalent
  • An interest in sports

This role is eligible for hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
