This is an exciting opportunity to join a healthcare communications business with a 36-year heritage. PM Healthcare is an insights and communications company working closely with healthcare professionals and the pharmaceutical industry.We produce national conferences, webinars and training programmes, including tailored bespoke projects working closely with individual pharmaceutical companies in relation to their unique and specific communication needs with the NHS.
We are looking for a Client Services Assistant to provide administrative support within our project delivery team. Responsibilities will include appointment management, client liaison and event administration, as well as document production and company marketing.
The role is permanently home based, working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, with the occasional requirement to travel to team meetings in different locations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a business administration role is preferred
- Account management background would be desirable
- Able to work efficiently within a team as well as independently
- Organised and ability to prioritise workload
- Competent IT skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint experience essential
- Excellent literacy skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Wellpresented with exceptional customer service skills
- Creative and can work with initiative
- Willingness to learn
