Are you an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer looking to start something new asap?

Do you like the idea of being given the flexibility to work in a hybrid role?

My client are a passionate and fast-growing UK based Telecoms company who continue to go from strength to strength. They are looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to complete a 3 month contract, starting in January.

The duties of the 1st Line Support Engineer will involve:

  • You will be responsible for providing first line and some second where needed.
  • Maintaining the local office network equipment in all of the UK offices.
  • Resolving support tickets escalated from the IT helpdesk.
  • Keeping equipment up to date, updating security and macOS based systems.
  • Ensure all other issues are dealt with such as leased equipment and printers.
