You will be creating engaging and innovative customer campaigns that drive customer loyalty in a team of talented professionals with ambitious growth plans.
This role offers a real opportunity to delve deep into customer insights and shape CRM activities,taking the customer experience to higher and higher heights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify audience segmentation and enhance brand loyalty and customer retention.
- Working closely with the wider Marketing team to plan and implement data driven campaigns.
- Manage the automation programmes, triggered campaigns, and Test & Learn strategy.
- Produce post campaign analysis reports to measure engagement and conversion KPIs.
- 2+ years of experience, ideally gained in a multichannel FMCG, retail or B2C focussed role
- Experience building, implementing, and improving campaigns through an ESP
- A successful record of analysing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and optimising these based on your findings
- A selfmotivated and personable character with excellent communication skills.
