Mon-Fri 8:45am - 5:30pm and rota Saturdays 9:00am - 3:00pm


Job description:


Our client has been voted Estate Agent of the year from two years running and delivers a wide range of services, not only Sales & Lettings, but also Surveys, Auctions, Legal Services, EPC's and Insurance.

They are in a strong period of growth and are looking for experienced staff to help continue to build their very successful brand;


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Arranging and conducting viewings
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and move in paperwork
  • Conducting right to rent checks, referencing and any other necessary checks
  • Dealing with repairs and maintenance issues
  • Conducting midterm inspection
  • Organise gas safety certificates, electrical certificates and EPC's
  • Issue notices to tenants
  • Manage the deposit release process

Skills and experience required:

To be considered for this role, experience working in either Lettings or Property Management is essential. Great customer service skills are a must, along with the ability to prioritise your workload. Industry qualifications such as ARLA would be advantageous but not essential.
