Revenue Operations is the alignment of client facing process across the full customer lifecycle to drive growth through operational efficiency and keep all teams accountable for revenue as well as providing training and learning sessions for all those that need them.

The main system that revenue operations owns is Coppers' Salesforce instance which touches many areas of the business including revenue, finance, marketing, compliance, legal, product and is the home of the full sales cycle of clients and the data that we collect on them.


Key Responsibilities of the role
We're looking for a talented individual to join our Finance team for an unforgettable 8-week internship.

As one of our interns, you will bring your own unique perspective as a learner, together with your academic knowledge, technical skills, and enthusiasm, and will gain a comprehensive introduction to our business.

Your role will involve assisting the team and companywide projects. This internship will help you acquire skills and provide you with knowledge of various hands-on experience. You should be prepared to enter a fast-paced work environment.

  • Maintain accurate uptodate data within Salesforce. This includes entering new leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to analyse data, track performance, and provide insights to management. Familiarise yourself with report building and visualisation tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement RevOps strategies.
  • Provide operational support in excel to organise and combine data between multiple systems.

Your experience, skills and knowledge

  • Currently completing a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g. business, finance, information systems)
  • Data Manipulation experience:
  • Data Cleaning and Transformation
  • Data Import and Export
  • Exposure to troubleshooting data issues, identify patterns, and finding solutions
  • Passion for technology, and are eager to gain experience with industryleading software such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and Pardot
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

Desirable

  • Salesforce Proficiency: Understanding of Salesforce, including navigating the platform, creating custom objects, managing data, and using workflows and automation.
