Graduate Cover Supervisor

Salary Scale:
£75 - £90 per day

Day-day temporary and Long-term Contracts
Are you a recent graduate with an interest in supporting young children in an educational setting?
We do not require you to have any teaching specific qualification for the
Cover Supervisor role.

The role:

To take responsibility for groups or classes of students in the shortterm absence of their usual teacher
Be responsible for supervising work that has been set in accordance with school policy
Liaising with teaching staff regarding work set for a class
Managing the behaviour of students to ensure a constructive environment whilst undertaking work
Responding to any questions and dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies in accordance with the school's policies and procedures
Have a degree with a 2:2 or above
Be passionate about education
Be able to inspire and motivate
Have high expectations for students learning achievement and behaviour
Be Passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people
Be creative, friendly and approachable
