Shifts: 06:00-14:00 Mon-Fri and 09:30- 18:00 Mon-Fri, week about
Hours per week: 39-hour week, Monday to Friday + overtime when required

Client Summary:
Global Leader in the Logistics and the movement of freight
Position Summary
We are looking to recruit an experienced CB/FLT Operator to work within our Stores System for our Depot at Guide Bridge, Audenshaw, Manchester, to commence work with immediate effect
Check and action daily reports
Material rejection and warranty claims
Undertake perpetual stock check counts
Ensure compliance with CoSHH regulations
Management and resolution of delivery issues whilst progressing outstanding Purchase Orders and Despatch Notes with suppliers to ensure supply meets demand at all times
Operation of Counter Balance FLT
Ensure that stores and related facilities are maintained to a high standard at all times

Person Profile/Experience:
An experienced FLT Operator, you will have previous experience of undertaking all the elements above whilst maintaining a high standard of work, maintaining a good sense of humour

You will be a Team Player but equally be able to work alone and support yourself throughout the day, a proactive worker, you will be required to adhere to health and safety and local safety policy requirements, and other safety and technical standards.

Complywith all instructions, rules and regulations in force
Work in conjunction with other Stores Staff
Support your Engineering Management Colleagues in making essential engineering decisions that may affect the availability of parts and materials
Ensure all relevant paperwork for parts and materials availability is correctly completed on time and to required company standards
Support your Senior Manager in maintaining the Stores areas of the Depot
Due to the nature of the work/role, an appreciation of H&S at work is essential, plus in line with Rail Industry Protocols there is a zero policy re being under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol
