Field Care Support Specialist


Opieka are expanding and looking to recruit a full time experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Field Care Support specialist to strengthen our team.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated and dynamic team who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.

Must be a car driver.


We are looking for an individual with a wealth of care experience and knowledge to support our Care Assistants and Service Users.

Within this role you will be proactive and responsive to ensure that our service users receive our outstanding care.

This role will require you to work closely with our operational team and our care assistants to communicate and deliver on our company values.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Visit clients to conduct initial assessments / care plan / review
  • Conduct on the job training with care assistants
  • Audit MAR charts and medication checks
  • Lead and support the care assistants highlighting any additional training requirements
  • Support recruitment fayre and open days
  • Working on an oncall rota system
  • Start care packages / cover calls
  • Support with staff inductions
  • Field spot checks and competency checks

From £24,500.00 per year

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
We are following all government guidelines. We provide all necessary PPE to our staff at no extra cost to them. We do require our employees to carry out lateral flow tests and report results to head office.
