• Full Time
• 9:00 starts for opening
• 20:30 finish when closing.

• We are an East London Bakery, founded in 2011 on a market stall on the Kings Road. Joe Blake's opened it first flagship site at Canary Wharf in 2019, with plans for 2 more sites this year._

• A sales superstar who will share their passion for fantastic quality and product with our customers and their team.
• You'll need to be able to train other team members to make sure we have great standards at all times
• You will need to be confident and able to have a laugh while working in a fastpaced environment.

• Your role will be focused on three core areas within Joe Blake's
• Customer, Team & Business_

• Be a role model for those around you show them how its done
• It's going to be busy, so speed is critical.
• Ensure that product quality is always exceptional and any product feedback is quickly addressed

• Build great relationships with your team and foster an open environment, encouraging personal development
• Supporting the store manager to smash sales targets
• Manage Rota's effectively for our team and customers

• Focused on hitting sales and service objectives
• Able to influence sales positively by motivating others
• Have good communication skills

• Experience of working in food retail
• Experience working with a fast growing business
• Experience leading a small team

• Positivity we need someone who can face challenges in a positive way and motivate their team
