Your Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within Key Stage 1 and 2.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing oneonone support to students with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.
Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored learning activities to meet the individual needs of each student.
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.

Requirements:

Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs is essential.
Passion for supporting the academic and social development of all students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students and work effectively as part of a team.
