Customer Experience Advisor - Chesterfield - £20,000 - £23,000

Chase & Holland are excited to be working with one of the UK's leading suppliers of energy solutions with a focus on relationships and service on a contract basis with a high probability of this being extended or being made permanent.

This is an exciting opportunityfor someone with experience supporting a busy sales team and has strong administration experience to join their friendly team.

You will be acting as the focal point for customers and providing a resolution to queries and complaints.

You will have experience in a similar role along with a variety of administrative duties along with ensuring the smooth running of the busy office.

Customer Experience Advisor Responsibilities:

Responding to incoming customer calls
Recording accurate information into company's CRM system
Responding to customers within agreed SLA's
Investigating customer queries thoroughly with relevant parties
When required escalating complex queries
Supporting internal departments in relation to complaint handling
Daily reporting

Hours:

Monday
Friday 8.45am 5.00pm

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in a similar role
Complaints management and resolution experience
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment
Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
