Town Planner Job in Cardiff, Glamorgan

Town Planner or Senior Town Planner job available for an independent planning consultancy in Cardiff. This position is offering a salary of £24,000 - £36,000 + Discretionary Bonus + further progression opportunities.

The consultancy work with a multitude of different clients across commercial, leisure, environment, education, healthcare and energy, advising with regard to planning, development, urban regeneration, environmental impact and Section 106 agreements.

They offer further progression opportunities and a collaborative and social work environment.

Role & Responsibilities

Prepare and manage project budgets
Provide advice on infrastructure planning
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Negotiate, draft, and provide legal instructions to facilitate the preparation of planning agreements and infrastructure funding deeds with industry, agencies, and councils, as required
Optimise new business and crossselling opportunities
Responsibilities will differ dependent on the level you are at currently.
