Job Title - Logistics Administrator - Fashion

Length - Permanent

Salary:

- £25,000K - £30,000K

Location - West End, 5 days in the office potentially flexible.

DESCRIPTION
As a Logistics Administrator, you will be supporting the Founder with everyday efficiencies.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

Keeping track of Goods sample due dates on calendar/information
Organising directors' calendar & booking in calls/meeting
Travel bookings
Arranging and administrating of stock, assureing this is input into Excel spreadsheets
Managing all shipping through shipping couriers
Organising of new stock, photographing, client contact.
Social media management
Invoicing

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

Have previous experience within a similar role at the same level
Possess strong organisation skills
Has an interest in Fashion
Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
Be confident with all MS Office packages to include extensive experience using of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and
Excel.
